Hi, I’m Maria, a Long Beach local, mom, and entrepreneur.
With nearly a decade of experience as a small business owner, I've developed a profound appreciation for local and small business. As a resident and lover of Long Beach, it became important to me to do something to showcase all the wonderful places and faces in town.
As editor-in-chief of Long Beach Days, I’m dedicated to providing a platform for our small businesses and local residents to share their stories and experiences.
I’ve been an LBC local for almost 8 years, and my husband and I have fallen in love with the distinctive neighborhoods and community. As a mother of 2 now, my love for play, travel, and culture continues on as I experience this city through the multiple offerings it has for it’s residents and families.
Long Beach Days exists as my love letter to Long Beach and to the people that work hard to make our city what it is today.
